FAQ

Do I need an appointment for vaccines, exams, nail trims or microchip?: Yes! All services, including medication pick-up is by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please click here.
My pet is limping or has an injured paw. Can you treat this?: Yes! We now offer full-service appointments to treat injured pets. Please schedule an appointment, and we look forward to seeing you and your pet soon! Click here to book your appointment online.
My pet is sick and not eating. Can I bring it to you?: Yes! We now offer full-service appointments to treat injured pets. Please schedule an appointment, and we look forward to seeing you and your pet soon! Click here to book your appointment online.
Do you have any specials on surgeries or vaccines?: We occasionally do have specials. Check out our Facebook page for the latest specials: facebook.com/hspiedmont.org
Do you see rabbits or other small animals?: Unfortunately, we only see cats and dogs.
Do you require anything before I bring my pet for services?: If your pet is new to our facility, we will need a copy of their current rabies certificate. If you cannot provide it, we will vaccinate your pet during their visit. While a copy of your pet's other vaccination records is appreciated, it is not required.

Do you offer grooming services?: No, we no longer offer grooming services.
Do you offer dental appointments for my dog and cat?: Yes, yes we do!
