Please keep in mind that exams are done on a first come, first serve basis and take approximately 45 minutes to perform.

Below are our wellness plan prices and a la carte services. Our wellness plans are the best deal if you have a puppy or a kitten! Baby animals, like human babies, require a bunch of vaccines those first few months, but at HSP Spay, Neuter and Wellness clinic, we are ALWAYS low-cost. We have a senior wellness plan as well for your sweet old gal who might need extra care. Check it out!

HSP Wellness Plan is a program that provides the best preventative medicine at an affordable price.
Each appointment is spaced 3 weeks apart.*Rabies is done when your puppy or kitten is 12 weeks or older, regardless of which visit you are on.
No on both accounts. Unfortunately since we are not a full service hospital we do not have the equipment or medications needed to diagnose or treat injury or sickness at our facility. The full service animal hospital we refer people to is Sheets Pet Clinic (336) 852-8488.

Nope - only cats and dogs.
If your pet has never been seen at our facility, we will need to see a copy of your pet’s current rabies certificate or we will need to vaccinate your pet while they are here. A copy of your pets other vaccination history would be appreciated, but is not required. You can always have your vaccine records faxed to: 336-299-6072.

Dogs under 5 years of age are required to have had an exam ($30) at our facility within the last 12 months.
Dogs 5 years of age or older are required to have had an exam ($30), as well as lab work ($60 - $85), within the last 3 months.
Cats under 7 years of age are required to have had an exam ($30) at our facility within the last 12 months.
Cats 7 years of age or older are required to have had an exam ($30), as well as lab work ($65 - $85), within the last 3 months.
Dental procedures are $130 and there can be additional costs including:
Teeth Extraction [($2 - $10 per tooth) We do not extract teeth for cats]
Gum Trimming ($2 - $10)
Pain Medicine (~$20)
We offer dental appointments on Fridays only. Call us for more information and to schedule an appointment to get your pet’s teeth cleaned and/or teeth extracted.
